Chessboard geometrical corner

Single leaf, handpainted pattern, approx. 1910? Geometrical corner design in four colors. Original embroidery pattern has blocks of 2x2 stitches, here charted as single stitch but can be enlarged to original size. Chessboard-like mixed colors in two combinations, the pattern could be made even smaller and monochrome. Smaller patterns could be expanded similar to this pattern.
